Notes:

The small rasp fern is off-centred so cannot be put next to a wall, but is good for filling odd little corners. Your Sims will walk through it, and also the blechnum fern on a log.

All the plants will be found in BuildMode; the boulders in BuyMode/Decorative.

A couple of other ferns are already on the Another Backyard page, and the single tiled bracken groundcover on the
Forest
page.

A landscaped lot using the ferns will be found here.

The garden bench is derived from the SuperStar bench.

The consequence of making the boulder edging remain visible even if other objects are placed on it means that it cannot be placed anywhere near a wall. Similarly, the bluebells overhang the edge of a tile, so they too are not suitable next to a wall.

The soft forest path tile will be found in BuildMode/Plants in your game. The boulder path edging and the stepping stones are in Decorative.

The boulder wall and other free-standing boulders can be found on the Another Backyard page — where you will also find a limestone re-colour of the boulder items.

Using the mudflats floor tile at the water's edge means that you can get the proper coastline.

The mangrove trees can be put on floor tiles and water.

The mudflats groundcover is included for other plants that won't go on floor tiles.

The grass groundcovers are for softening the transition from the mudflats floor tile to grass.
With thanks to HasBeenSims for making the SuperStar objects available to us all.

Notes:
These items do not require any expansion packs. They are all categorised for the original Sims game — the carving and the heads will be found in Decorative, the herbs in BuildMode plants.

The heads are inspired by the moai found on Easter Island — their story can be found here. There are two objects per set, each with different rotations.

The carvings are based on
the NZ Maori koru design, symbolising the unfurling of a treefern frond.
